Structure and Advantages of TIW wire
Three-layer insulation structure: Typically from the inside out:
First layer: Base coating (e.g., polyurethane)
Second layer: Polymer film (e.g., polyester or polyamide)
Third layer: High-strength outer layer (e.g., nylon or special resin)

Good heat resistance: Typically withstands temperatures from 105°C to 130°C or even higher. High mechanical strength: Scratch-resistant and resistant to winding stress, reducing the risk of breakage during production.
